Terms & Conditions for Towns Genie

Welcome to Towns Genie User App and Towns Genie Driver App (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our mobile applications and services (the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or above.
• You must register using a valid mobile number and verify with OTP.
• You must provide accurate delivery and profile information.

2. Services Provided

• Users can create orders using voice note, selecting products from nearby shops, or by selecting service categories.
• Real-time delivery tracking is provided when drivers start delivery.
• Users can manage saved addresses, wallet, and profile updates.

3. Voice Notes, Media & Attachments

Any voice note or media uploaded while creating an order will be used only to fulfill the order and improve your service experience.

4. Order Acceptance & Processing

• Orders are subject to product availability & vendor confirmation.
• Delivery time varies based on location, traffic, weather, and order nature.
• Order may be canceled if item is unavailable or address unreachable.
• Order placement is subject to shop availability at the selected delivery location.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• Orders can be cancelled by the user after order creation and before the driver picks up the order.
• Once the order is packed or picked up for delivery, cancellation is no longer allowed.
• Currently, refund functionality is not supported in the application.
• In case of any payment-related issues, users are advised to contact the respective store or the Towns Genie support team.

6. Wallet & Reward Coins

• 100 Coins = ₹1. Conversion rates may change anytime.
• Wallet balance can only be used for in-app purchases.
• Wallet balance is non-withdrawable to bank or cash.
• We may reverse coins for canceled/refunded orders.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment modes include UPI, Wallet, COD (if available).
• PhonePe / payment gateway policies apply.

8. Driver App Terms

• Only Admin-approved drivers can log in. Sign-up is not available for public users.
• Drivers must update correct order status and collect payments where required.
• Any damage or misconduct may lead to account suspension.

9. User Behavior

• Abusive language or harassment towards drivers or support team is forbidden.
• Illegal requests or fraudulent orders are not allowed.

10. Push Notifications

We provide order tracking alerts, promotions, and important updates via notifications.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, content, UI/UX belong to Towns Genie. Reverse engineering or unauthorized copying is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, vendor issues, or service disruptions caused by external factors like traffic, system failure, or force majeure.

13. Termination of Account

Accounts may be disabled for fraud, repeated cancellations, abusive behavior, or violation of terms.

14. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms anytime. Continued use means you accept updated terms.
