1. Data We Collect

• Phone No. for login & OTP verification
• Profile: Name, Email, Gender, DOB
• Location for delivery & live tracking
• Voice recordings, images, videos for creating orders
• Wallet details, payment IDs (handled by PhonePe securely)
• Device & app usage analytics (Firebase)
• Saved delivery addresses are collected only when a serviceable shop is available at the selected location.

2. Why We Collect Data

• To verify account identity
• To process orders & delivery tracking
• To assist drivers in reaching user location
• To improve voice ordering & customer support
• To show offers, rewards, and order status notifications

3. Sharing of Data

• With drivers for delivery execution
• With admin for order management
• With payment partner for transactions
• Law enforcement when required for security & fraud control

4. Voice Note & Media Policy

• Voice and media uploaded for ordering are stored securely and auto-deleted or archived once not required.
• Voice recordings, images, and videos uploaded for order creation are used only to fulfill the order.
• Such data is stored securely and is deleted or archived once it is no longer required for service or support purposes.

5. Location Data Usage

• Live location is shared only during delivery to enable tracking.
• Location data is accessed only with user permission and only for delivery and tracking purposes.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not collect data from children under 13. Accounts must be created by adults.

7. Your Controls & Rights

• Update or delete profile information anytime
• Disable permissions (may disable some features)
• Request account deletion via email

8. Data Security

We use encryption, secure storage, and access restrictions. However, online data transfer may not be 100% risk-free.
